Q. How long does it take to manufacture a new carton?

Ans. New carton can be manufactured within 7-10 working days depending on your artwork requirements. Plain cartons usually take about 5-6 working days. In urgent situations a reduced lead-time can usually be met. Please contact our sales or customer service representatives to achieve this.

Q. Can I see a Representative from Sterling Packaging?

Ans. Of course! We have a team of experienced representatives who are able to come to you and advise the best type of product to match your particular packaging requirements.

Q. Can I get a Sample Carton before I place my carton order?

Ans. Sample carton can be made before you place your order enabling you to check that the size and board grade will suit your requirements. Contact our sales team or customer service to arrange this.

Q. How long does it take to get a Quotation on my packaging requirements?

Ans. Once we have all your packaging requirements, we are able to get most quotations out within 24-48 hours, depending on the complexity of your needs. In a more urgent situation please contact our sales team.

Q. If I buy more do I pay less?

Ans. As we make to order, the longer the run size, the better economy, so we can pass the savings on to you.

Q. Do you make the board?

Ans. Yes, we have our own corrugator on site. We manufacture and convert the cartons all at one site.

Q. Do you have minimum quantities?

Ans. We can manufacture 100 - 250 cartons (dependent on size) if that is all you require, remembering that price is based on volume. We have a range of stock cartons available to meet your most immediate requirements.
